LTC1430大功率降压开关稳压器控制器
LTC1430是一款高性能、高效率的降压转换器控制器,适用于5V至3.3V的应用。它具备高精度内部参考和内部反馈系统,能够在温度、负载电流和线电压变化下提供±1%的输出调节。LTC1430采用同步切换架构,使用两个N沟道输出器件,无需高功率、高成本的P沟道器件。此外,它通过检测上N沟道FET的漏源电阻来感知输出电流,无需外部低值感测电阻即可提供可调电流限制。该控制器具有固定频率PWM振荡器,在几乎所有工作条件下都能实现低输出纹波。
